This is photo #44 (of 50) in a series about life in Brazil. One of our favorite meats is “Carne de Sol” which is heavily salted, sun-dried meat. Here is some meat drying in front of a small-town restaurant. When we lived in NE Brazil, there wasn’t always a screen to protect the meat from flies.
